Second: Exchange Conditions

An exchange request can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The product to be exchanged must be unused and in its original condition as received.

The customer bears the price difference (if any) when exchanging for a higher-priced product.

If the exchange is due to an error in the order or a defective product, we will cover all shipping costs.
